01 How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 7–9 working days, and 9–11 working days during sales. Delivery is a flat Rs 250 on orders under Rs 5,000 within Pakistan. Orders placed on weekends or gazetted holidays are sent for processing the next working day, and you'll get a tracking email once your order leaves the warehouse.
02 What's your return or exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they arrive faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered. Let us know within 3 days of delivery by calling or emailing us, with tags and packaging intact. Exchanges aren't available once an item's been worn or altered.
03 How do I choose the right size?
We currently carry M, L and XL only. Every piece runs true-to-size with a relaxed, roomy fit — if you're between sizes or prefer a closer fit, size down.
04 How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you the courier and tracking details directly — check your junk/spam folder if it hasn't landed within a day of dispatch. Still stuck? Message us with your order number and we'll chase it down.
